One of the many functions of the group of angels The Urantia Book calls
the Midwayers is to control, or mollify, the impact of visiting extraterrestrials.
In a sense, they set the rules. Since this planet has been quarantined
for so long, I can only imagine how many they have had to discourage.
Interestingly, I see that the Midwayers have been mentioned in the course of
some of the recent remote viewing experiments.
